Ravi Dafria is a seasoned professional with over 43 years of experience. He holds an M.Com, LLB, and F.C.A. and is a member of the Peer Review Board by ICAI. Ravi has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant. He has also co-authored books on Formation & Incorporation of Pvt. Co.’s and the Procedure of Tax Audits.He has helped many organizations to set up in India and operating it smoothly.He has worked closely with domestic firms including startups and assisted the companies in raising funds from local investors.

CA. Rakesh Dafria, with over 43 years of experience, has been in full-time practice since 1979. He has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over four decades. He holds a B.Com and FCA and has participated in the Rotary Group Study Exchange in 1990 for a study tour of the USA in Virginia District.
